Although a car is handy for Nueva Andalucía the sweeping residential roads lined by tall palm trees and private villas set against the ever present blue skies are enjoyable either when driving or strolling around Nueva Andalucía.

A superb family area there are plenty of options for recreation and dining. Aloha College is a renowned international school for ages 3-18, while the Aloha Sports Club has daily tennis, netball, basketball, padel and football classes for kids – and adults – of all ages.

Golfers can enjoy the excellent Los Narnajos, Aloha and Las Brisas golf courses, while the nearby Centro Plaza Shopping Arcade has plenty of restaurants, salons and cafes that are ideal for ladies who lunch or who can choose to work out in the Plaza Gym . This area also plays host to the weekly open air market.

Residents of Nueva Andalucía enjoy the choice of staying local or 'heading into the Port'.

The late night bars such as La Sala, The Point or El Jardin in Nueva Andalucia attract a vibrant and wealthy crowd that can relax and chat on the open terraces with the choice of heading to the clubs of Puerto Banus and Marbella to extend the evening.

During the summer months the local bull ring also offers open air concerts from a variety of Spanish and international artists.

Established by Jose Banus almost four decades ago the moder Puerto Banús is a jet setters paradise, situated to the West of Marbella, it enjoys approximately 5 million people each year. Inside the port it is unlikely you will need transport because everything is within walking distance.

During the day you and choose to stroll along its lovely beaches along the long promenades that now connect with Marbella or around the high end boutiques offering designer clothing, jewellery and accessories to high street fashion. If you are in the mood to simply sit and enjoy your surroundings then many bars and restaurants await you where you can eat and drink and watch the world go by, from the biggest and most expensive yachts on the planet, extraordinarily luxurious cars and glamorous people.

Nightlife
Home to a wide variety of clubs, cafes, discos and the Casino Marbella, Puerto Banús comes alive most evenings (and virtually every night of the week during the summer months) as revellers are given the chance to experience the beautifully lit marina until the early morning and sometimes even later. Low-key pubs and internationally known discos, such as Dreamer's Nightclub, share the Puerto Banús nightlife, providing something for everyone.
