🏌️♂️Mijas Golf Club – Course Description
Mijas Golf Club is a large complex with 36 holes, divided into two full 18-hole courses: Los Lagos and Los Olivos. Both are designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr.
⛳Los Lagos has wide fairways, relatively flat terrain, a number of lakes, and large greens. It offers more forgiving navigation, with water and sand hazards to watch out for.
⛳Los Olivos is tighter and more technical: narrower fairways, more tree-lined holes (olive, fig, casuarina, etc.), and smaller, more undulating greens with elevated features.
The club is set in the Mijas Golf Valley, north of Fuengirola, just a short drive from Málaga Airport and close to both the coast and inland hills. The setting combines sea views with natural vegetation, and the course conditions are generally very good.
